What’s the difference between ceramic and cheap tint?
Cheap dyed films look fine on day one, but they fade, turn purple and bubble within a few years. Ceramic film uses nano-ceramic particles to block heat and UV without needing to be dark, and it won’t interfere with your phone or GPS. How dark can I legally tint my car in Queensland?
In QLD your front side windows must let through at least 35% of light, and your rear side and back windows at least 20%. The windscreen can only have a strip across the top 10%. We’ll show you samples so you can see each shade on your car before we start. See car tinting →
How long does it take, and when can I wind my windows down?
Most cars are tinted in a few hours, so you can drop it off and pick it up the same day. Keep your windows up for 2 days, and allow up to 2 weeks for the film to fully cure. Book your free quote →
